This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced UX or CRO professional to advance their career in this exciting field. Through using your existing skills and knowledge you’ll work with a variety of B2B and B2C clients to optimise their websites’ performance through testing and personalisation.

Our CRO department operates like a Start-up within a bigger business. Making this a great position for someone enthusiastic about CRO, hardworking and interested in playing a key role in how we develop our offering.

The day-to-day duties:

You’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and using this insight to deliver a CRO strategy. This involves data analysis, user testing, writing hypotheses, creating wireframes, working with clients to achieve sign off, setting up experiments and reporting on the results. You’ll get involved in ad hoc optimisation projects by supporting wider teams within the company, help develop sales prospects and train others as you progress in the role. No two days will ever be the same in this constantly evolving industry.

Here’s an overview of the tools you’ll be using in the role

  • Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tag Manager
  • Google Optimize and Unbounce
  • Hotjar, Typeform and Userlytics
  • Adobe Xd and Photoshop, InVision and Freehand
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, with provable results
  • Operational knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hotjar, Optimize and Tag Manager
  • A research-driven, analytical approach identifying barriers to conversion
  • Client or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, being able to manage client accounts effectively
  • Interested in sharing knowledge and developing those around you
  • A desire to learn, share ideas and be involved in pitching for work
  • Ecommerce and personalisation experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ideally a degree in either Computer Science, UX or Web Design/Development
