This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced UX or CRO professional to advance their career in this exciting field. Through using your existing skills and knowledge you’ll work with a variety of B2B and B2C clients to optimise their websitesâ€™ performance through testing and personalisation.
Our CRO department operates like a Start-up within a bigger business. Making this a great position for someone enthusiastic about CRO, hardworking and interested in playing a key role in how we develop our offering.
Youâ€™ll be responsible for gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and using this insight to deliver a CRO strategy. This involves data analysis, user testing, writing hypotheses, creating wireframes, working with clients to achieve sign off, setting up experiments and reporting on the results. Youâ€™ll get involved in ad hoc optimisation projects by supporting wider teams within the company, help develop sales prospects and train others as you progress in the role. No two days will ever be the same in this constantly evolving industry.
