This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Conversion Rate Optimisation practitioner who wants to advance their career in this exciting field. Through using your existing skills and experience you’ll work with B2B and B2C clients to optimise their websites’ performance, increasing revenue and profitability. You’ll have a good amount of independence in the role with the ability to manage client relationships and strategies directly. Training and support are offered in-house to help with your continued development in the field of CRO, digital marketing and softer skills such as client communication, organisation and managing expectations.

The day-to-day duties:

This role will require flexibility and passion across a wide range of disciplines. On a daily basis you’ll be gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and using this insight to deliver our clients’ conversion strategies. This involves user testing, writing hypotheses, creating wireframes, setting up experiments and reporting on results. No two days will ever be the same in this constantly-evolving industry.

Here’s an overview of the tools you’ll be using in the role

  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • Hotjar, Crazy Egg and Typeform
  • Adobe Photoshop, InVision and Freehand
  • Google Optimize, VWO or Optimizely
  • Unbounce, Validately and Helio
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, with proven results on past projects
  • An analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Client or customer facing experience, or the desire to develop this skill
  • Project management experience
  • A keen desire to learn
