Working with clients across 35 languages, we specialise in search engine optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Programmatic, conversion optimisation and website analytics.

As a Digital Analytics Consultant you will be working with a portfolio of clients to help them achieve the best results from their website through the use of analytics. You will work with and provide expert knowledge to the wider team on the features and implementation, whilst supporting and developing the company’s Analytics and Insights offering.

Typical tasks you may be involved in:

  • Understanding the client’s business and website in order to propose customised implementations that go beyond the usual ‘out of the box’ solutions
  • Conducting audits of Google Analytics implementations for clients to ensure data accuracy and correctness
  • Analysing data and reports to provide clients and campaign teams with actionable insights
  • Working with client developers to ensure the correct data is available on the client’s website in order to enable required tracking solutions
  • Configuring Google Analytics software and its implementation tools
  • Consulting and advising at a senior level and providing guidance around data and digital strategies

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Highly skilled in web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (other tools would be advantageous)
  • Experience using advanced features in Analytics. For example, familiarity with custom dimension and metrics, custom reports/dashboards or data uploads
  • Confidence in your ability to present and train clients and the wider team
  • Ideally knowledge and experience of Google Tag Manager in order to provide Tag Management Consultancy & Implementation services to clients
  • Strong understanding of HTML and web technologies
  • Experience using technologies such as AdWords, DoubleClick and Bing AdCenter tracking.
  • Skilful working with and understanding data and spreadsheets (required). Even better if you have experience with other data tools such as a SQL or data warehouses!
