This is more than just a job: it’s the start of a career in an exciting and constantly growing industry.
This role will suit someone who has a good head for numbers, strong communication skills and enjoys working within a creative and innovative marketing environment. All while working for a Sunday Times Top 100 employer (7 times!).
Our Conversion Optimisation (CRO) team are responsible for working with a variety of B2B and B2C clients to research, test and optimise their websites’ performance, increasing revenue and profitability. Operating like a Start-up within a bigger business, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved across multiple disciples and client accounts. This is a great role for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn.
Ideally, you will be degree educated in either Computer Science, UX or Web Design/Development. You’ll have an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.
You might already be working in Digital Marketing or have some experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (although this isn’t essential, as we will provide training).
We want everyone to have a great work-life balance and believe flexible working hours are key to positive wellbeing. In more normal times, we will be adopting a blended working approach which means more flexibility for our teams to work between home and the office as needed.
