Head of CRO

We’re on the hunt for a Head of CRO to run our agency’s CRO offering. Being someone that is passionate about conversion rate optimisation and user experience, you’ll focus on creating and implementing a business strategy to help us to develop and grow the department. You’ll oversee our current portfolio of CRO clients but will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help win new clients, and work with our in-house designers, developer, Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to deliver the best possible solution to our clients. You will use your strong communication and supervision skills to manage a small team with an aim to grow in the future. This role would be perfect for someone wanting to progress within the field or a current Head of CRO wanting a fresh challenge.

Job Purpose: To lead the company’s offering related to Conversion Rate Optimisation, in a customer-centric and profitable way.

Salary Range: £50,000-55,000
