Our recruitment team make a massive difference to our business. The company is growing, and we can only keep doing this by recruiting well. The role sits within our HR team, and will include administrative HR activities such as issuing contracts of employment. This is a 12-month contract initially, which will become permanent for the right candidate. Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered.
Reporting to: Head of HR
Job Purpose: You will proactively source quality candidates to fill positions as quickly as possible, whilst also responding promptly to applications and speculative inquiries. You will also build relationships with departmental managers to best understand their recruitment needs, whilst developing rapport with candidates.
