We’re looking for an experienced Network / Systems Administrator to join our award-winning agency. You’ll be looking for a varied position, within a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Digital agency, and Sunday Times Top 100 employer, having the best systems and processes is key to what we do. The role will be a good mix of user support, infrastructure, and project work.

Providing internal IT support to all our users across the business, you’ll resolve queries and ensure all systems are running effectively. Your remit will be to manage:

  • Our Microsoft Windows servers, domain controllers and Active Directory
  • Office 365, including the office suite, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online
  • All company PCs, including Group Policy updates, software and hardware upgrades
  • SonicWall firewall, VPN, switches, network and Wi-fi infrastructure
  • Backups, Anti-virus and network security

Within the group, we have approximately 130 staff, which includes providing remote support to our colleagues in our New York office.

This autonomous role provides plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. You’ll take ownership of your own projects, such as Cloud migration, as well as investigating and implementing new tools and technologies. Working closely with the development team, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in cutting edge projects using cloud-based platforms such as Google BigQuery and Microsoft Azure.

You’ll be responsible for your own hardware budget to purchase new equipment and liaise with 3rd party suppliers; including IT support companies and network and hosting providers. All of this points to someone with excellent communication skills, who loves to learn and who can take the initiative.

We’re proud to have featured in the Top 1000 most inspirational companies in the UK. Not only that, we’ve made the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list 7 times!
