We’re looking for an experienced Network / Systems Administrator to join our award-winning agency. You’ll be looking for a varied position, within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Providing internal IT support to all our users across the business, you’ll resolve queries and ensure all systems are running effectively. Your remit will be to manage:
Within the group, we have approximately 130 staff, which includes providing remote support to our colleagues in our New York office.
This autonomous role provides plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. You’ll take ownership of your own projects, such as Cloud migration, as well as investigating and implementing new tools and technologies. Working closely with the development team, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in cutting edge projects using cloud-based platforms such as Google BigQuery and Microsoft Azure.
You’ll be responsible for your own hardware budget to purchase new equipment and liaise with 3rd party suppliers; including IT support companies and network and hosting providers. All of this points to someone with excellent communication skills, who loves to learn and who can take the initiative.

Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer
Job Purpose: To support staff and resolve problems with internal hardware and software systems, and ensure all systems are secure and patched up to date. Hardware support includes managing servers, backups, video-conferencing, internal and external networks, setting up PCs and managing printers. Software support includes managing operating system support and patching, and desktop application support for both Microsoft Office and our own, bespoke systems.
