Sales Development Representative

We’re on the hunt for a new Sales Development Representative. As part of the growth team, you will be responsible for pipeline generation. Your goal is to proactively build new relationships with marketing leaders, secure sales meetings and generate live opportunities.

Our US team has seen immense growth in the last year, going from just one person to over 15! We’re always on the lookout for the right skills and personalities to jump on board and help us continue to expand!

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive outreach activity to generate face to face meetings for the broader commercial team
  • Continually develop, improve and populate our core outreach cadences
  • Establish new business relationships via telephone, email, social media, events and content collaborations
  • Build and maintain sector and location specific communities to ensure we can make outreach and engagement very specific.
  • Qualify inbound leads (MQL) ensuring quality leads are passed over to the commercial team.
  • Maintain and police CRM accuracy
  • Using a variety of software, grow our CRM within our defined target audience
  • Ensure MQLs are actioned through appropriate cadence activity
  • Track ‘new starters’ via internal and external sources and outreach accordingly
  • Conduct suitable research of markets, clients, competing products and competitor organizations
  • Additional responsibilities as reasonably required to perform your role

What we need from you

  • 1-3 years proven track record of building and maintaining new business relationships
  • Evidences a problem solving / creative approach to building new relationships
  • Has a strong desire to add value to clients and not simply win business, is perceptive and avoids prospects feeling like a ‘transaction’
  • A tenacious, driven business winner who has a partnership / collaborative approach
  • Patient and persistent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Target driven motivation with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Self-assured and accomplished with the ability to work both solo and as part of a remote team
  • High level of organizational skills and capable of multitasking.
  • Highly self-motivated
