The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For, and the Sunday Times SME Export Track 100
With 799 applications this year, it’s fair to say that competition to make the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For is getting tougher. But we’re ecstatic to announce that we’ve managed to achieve this feat for an incredible sixth time, once again achieving three-star status and a place on the Best 100 Small Companies list.
On top of that, we’ve also managed to make it a hat-trick of appearances on the Sunday Times’ SME Export Track 100 List, demonstrating again how our approach to data-driven digital marketing is consistently winning work from top brands all over the world, including in the US through our office in New York.
Accolades, Accreditations, and Growth
The company continues to grow year-on-year adding new accolades and accreditations all the time. Following on from expansion into the USA, and the birth of sister company Translation Laboratory, the company has over the course of the last 12 months become one of only a handful of Google Analytics 360 Sales Partners in the UK. We have also won the Best Large PPC Agency in the United States at the US Search Awards, part of PubCon.
Whilst the Best Companies list is a survey of staff, asking them to score factors such as wellbeing, pay, leadership and more completely anonymously, the SME Export Track 100 criteria focuses on international sales and year-on-year international sales growth. We have seen international sales grow 47.64% on average per annum across the last two years, with £4.4m of a total £10.9m sales now coming from overseas clients.
What underpins this success is a great company ethos, led by a senior team that are incredibly skilled and passionate about what they do. Renae Jackson, our Head of HR, has previously spoken about what it takes to make a Sunday Times Top 100 Company here, and how recruitment in quality staff plays a big part.
We are ranked as high as 26th in the list for wellbeing and 56th for leadership, with 94% of staff saying the company is led on sound moral principles.
