Company News

Our new entry-level programme is designed to give fresh faces a voice in the digital industry and channel new energy and ideas from those without previous marketing experience.

The programme is similar to a graduate scheme, although we do not require applicants to have degrees. Utilising our experience, we’re on a mission to kick-start careers in digital marketing and bring together those with the right appetite and attitude to succeed.

Attitude over qualifications

We understand that the right mindset yields great results. Our entry-level programme is looking for those with the right attitude destined to succeed in the digital world.

There is no qualification requirement to get involved with this scheme at Search Laboratory, as we’re looking to bring people into the business that share a positive and open mindset that will drive innovation in the industry.

What is involved?

The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing. Our newly recruited analysts will learn how to craft effective online marketing strategies and spend time in each of our departments, covering:

  • Core business skills
  • Digital marketing strategy and analytics
  • Paid search
  • Programmatic and paid social
  • SEO

Following completion, analysts will graduate into an executive role within one of our channels and start their journey towards becoming our future account managers, specialists and consultants.

How and when can I apply?

Candidates are asked to complete a short screening via a UCAT assessment, which tests aptitude in logic, numerical reasoning, attention to detail and situational awareness.

The top scorers are then be invited to an assessment day for an interview, a group and technical task and a short presentation.
