Digital Account Manager

What you’ll be doing as our new Digital Account Manager:

• Be the Heroic Central Point: You will be the central point of contact for your clients and Search Lab’s internal campaign teams. Your mission is to make sure everyone’s on the same page and working towards one shared goal.

• Strategic Synergy: Work closely with our Business Development Manager, Account Director, Digital Strategist, and Account Managers to understand your clients’ business goals, products, customer personas, and keep the team aligned.

• Mastermind of Organization: Take ownership of the onboarding process for new clients and additional services, ensuring all aspects are well-coordinated. Think immersion, setup meetings, cross-channel implementation plans – you name it.

• Campaign Commander: Project manage your campaigns like a pro. Keep all channels, people, and tasks organized, and ensure deadlines and targets are not just met but exceeded.

• Info Flow: Ensure fresh insights and data are shared with the team, seamlessly integrated into the digital strategy.

• Change Champion: Work closely with the Digital Strategist to adapt and improve your campaign strategy as needed. Keep the team informed and ready for change.

• Data Whisperer: Translate complex data into compelling monthly reports and client calls, all aligned with the central strategy.

• Client Engagement Guru: Attend and lead client meetings, making sure you’re on top of all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’re the go-to person for your clients.

• Financial Wizardry: Manage cross-channel invoicing, ensuring budgets are on track, accurately billed, and fully utilized.

• Issue Resolution Extraordinaire: If any challenges arise, you’re the first on the scene to tackle them and provide valuable feedback for our teams. If necessary, you know when to escalate the issue.
