After the great success of the #LDNBloggersParty last year, we were delighted when the lovely Scarlett Dixon invited us to be part of another exciting blogger event. Scarlett Dixon is the editor of the successful fashion and lifestyle magazine Scarlett London .

#Bloggersfestival was this year’s event, which was focused around fashion and beauty. Scarlett wanted to create a very chilled out, casual environment, where bloggers could mingle with different brands. There was also the opportunity to have a glass of Prosecco and discuss what is trending in the fashion and beauty world. This year, Search Labs were chosen to be one of the main sponsors following on from such a successful event that we were part of last year. We were also able to attend on behalf of some of our high street fashion retailers, gaining exposure and networking opportunities for them, as well as Search Labs.

Search Laboratory arrived in London armed with plenty of goodie bags and treats for the bloggers attending. Throughout the day we ran a blogger competition, exclusive for the event, where bloggers had the chance to win £200 worth of vouchers of their choice.

A big part of the day included talking to bloggers about what they do and how they currently work with brands. This gave us the opportunity to give advice and tips on how they can improve their blogs, and work with our brands. This year, the event was held at the beautiful Paramount Centerpoint in central London, which had views of the Thames, The London Eye and The Shard, this created the perfect setting for lots of pictures throughout the day. 180 beauty, fashion and lifestyle bloggers turned up on the day equipped with their cameras and lots of questions for the brands attending. This gave us the chance to meet lots of lovely bloggers, who were interested in talking to us about SEO, our Brands and how we can work together.

From attending the event, Search Labs achieved lots of great coverage, and built relationships with lots of bloggers interested in working with us. The event in general created a buzz on social media, with 329 posts on Instagram, and #bloggersfestival trending on Twitter during the event with over 400 tweets.
