Paid Social Specialist (Austin)

This new and exciting role is primarily to support the management and efficiency of key Paid Social clients, lead our technical expertise, and act as a mentor to future Paid Social Associates

What to expect from the role:

  • Own operational activity of Paid Social client campaigns, including setups, optimisation, budgeting, strategy, and media planning
  • Follow a delegation process within the Paid Social team; ensuring that tasks are delegated fairly, and the workload is assigned according to the Paid Social Associate team’s skills and capacity
  • Develop an expertise in, and promote the development of, one or more services or platforms that the Paid Social department offers
  • Supporting client onboarding and setup, and leading the organization of larger client projects
  • Manage and develop reporting; overseeing updates and changes to reports and the Paid Social reporting process as a whole
  • Maintain a high-quality of work with the Paid Social team via regular QA processes and spot-checks on tasks and accounts
  • Keep on top of industry news to ensure that Search Laboratory can offer the best possible service; distributing the news and your recommendations accordingly
  • Develop, or make recommendations to develop new tools and procedures to assist with the management of Paid Social accounts
  • Consolidate developments and knowledge within the team to ensure everyone is working to best practice
  • Assist with the training of team members
  • Recognize opportunities to develop the Paid Social Associate team and report to management with recommendations for training or coaching
  • Attend industry events to further your knowledge and report back to the Paid Social team with your findings
  • Support the sales team and provide additional recommendations as required

What we need from you:

  • Degree-level education
  • Experience of Paid Social digital marketing
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic development of accounts
  • Logical and data-driven mind
  • Strong spoken and written communication
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
